Noords Ambachtelijk Design Ontmoet Functioneel Licht

I've had this lamp for about a month now and it's become a genuine conversation starter with everyone who visits my apartment. The handcrafted details are clearly visible in the careful wood joints and the finish feels exceptionally smooth to the touch every time I dust it. I use it every evening while journaling in my favorite chair and the soft light creates such a relaxing atmosphere that helps me unwind. Worth every penny for something this unique and well-made.

It's okay. The craftsmanship is fine and it looks nice, but honestly at $79 on sale it's just alright. Wouldn't pay $129 for it. Does the job as a bedside light.

After comparing several wooden lamps online, I settled on this one based on reviews and I'm not disappointed. The grain patterns in the wood are genuinely beautiful and the robot shape strikes a balance between playful and sophisticated. I've received several compliments from guests who notice it immediately upon entering my home office. The lighting is ideal for creating atmosphere rather than working, so I use it alongside my main desk light.

I was looking for something to soften the harsh overhead lighting in my apartment and this little robot lamp delivers perfectly for that purpose. The ambient glow creates such a cozy feeling during winter evenings when I'm curled up with tea and a good novel. I appreciate that it doesn't look mass-produced—the wood has genuine character and the joints are clean and precise. It's become my favorite purchase for my new place and I'm considering buying another for my sister's birthday gift.

Examining the construction closely reveals careful attention to detail in the joinery. The lamp produces consistent warm lighting suitable for ambient purposes rather than task work. A well-executed piece that serves both decorative and functional roles effectively.

Ordering from Skonne was straightforward and the package arrived well-protected with plenty of padding around the fragile components. Setting up the lamp took mere seconds—just plug it in and enjoy the immediate ambiance. I positioned mine on a shelf in my living room where it casts the most beautiful warm pools of light during our family movie nights. The wood has this organic texture that catches the eye and photographs beautifully for my social media. My partner wants one for their office now too.

It's decent quality and looks nice on my shelf, but the light isn't quite as bright as I'd hoped. Good for ambiance, not great for reading. Fair for what I paid I guess.

There's something so satisfying about having handmade items in your home, and this lamp reminds me of that every time I switch it on. The warm tones of the wood complement my other Scandinavian decor beautifully, and the soft glow it emits is perfect for those quiet Sunday mornings with coffee. I've moved it around from my desk to my bedroom to my living room, and it looks great everywhere. The quality shows in the weight and finish.
